1. CREDIT APPROVAL: Gayla Credit application required. Allow 2-3 weeks to process.
2. TERMS: Net 30 days on credit approved accounts.
3. CREDIT CLAIMS: Returned merchandise must have prior approval, with authorized return number.

5. PRICES, TERMS, POLICIES: All are subject to change without notice. Cancellations and approved product returns subject to 25% restocking fee. Logoed products non refundable.
6. SHIPPING: All products are shipped F.O.B. factory. Ship cheapest way which is normally Purolator. Upon request, we will use any mode or carrier specified. Drop shipments, will show customer as shipper on blank label. Prefer customer label to be sent.
7. TRADEMARKS: All copy submitted for use in producing the items ordered will be accepted as being in complete compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademarks, copyrights, right of privacy, patent, or other similar protection.
8. BALLOON PRINT DIRECTION: Each balloon product with the exception of the Isoflex bag is printed neck down. Please specify clearly on your order if you require neck up.
9. PREPRODUCTION SAMPLES: All preproduction samples will be charged to client.
10. RUSH ORDERS: For rush orders $25.00 surcharge.
LATEX BALLOON
1. INK COLOURS: Black and White are basic colours. PMS matches not guaranteed.
2. SETUP CHARGES: Each imprint colour on each side requires a separate setup. Example: 2 colours on 2 sides require 4 setups.
3. MINIMUM ORDER: 500 Pieces. Imprinted with 1 standard ink colour, on 1 side.
4. NORMAL SHIP TIME: 3 to 5 working days from receipt of order and artwork. Based on seasonal demand.
5. STANDARD PACKING: All balloon sizes packed in bulk (1000 per bag). SPECIAL PACKING: 100 or less per bag $0.50(A) per bag.
6. WEIGHT PER 1000: 9" - 7 Lbs. 11" - 8 Lbs.
7.UNIMPRINTED BALLOONS: Available in 38 colours.
FLEECE/CHRISTMAS
1. FLOCK TRANSFER IMPRINT: All prices include 1 color flock transfer. Logo max 4 square inches.
2. INK COLOURS: Standard colours available: Black, white, navy, red, burgundy, royal, green, yellow, gold.
3. SET UP CHARGE: $37.50 (G)
4. PATTERNS: All Christmas shipped assorted
5. SAMPLES: All samples over $10.00 will be charged at first coloum pricing and refunded upon return. Customer always pays for freight.
6. NORMAL DELIVERY ON TRANSFER ITEM: Standard deliveries for products with Flock transfer imprint - 7 - 14 days from receipt of approved artwork. Based on seasonal demand.
7. DELIVERIES: Blank Product Standard delivery time is 5 to 7 days.
ISOFLEX
1. BALLOON COLOURS: Pearl colours only. Maximum of 6 colours for an assortment. (white is N/A).
2. INK COLOURS: Black and White are standard colours. PMS matches are not guaranteed.
3. NORMAL SHIP TIME: 5 - 7 days from receipt of order and approved artwork.
4. STANDARD PACKING & WEIGHT: Mini Bag 100 per case. Wt.35 lbs.
5. DISTRIBUTOR SPEC SAMPLE PROGRAM: Imprint must show company name. Minimum order 25. Mini Bag ea. $3.00 (A).
KITE
